RJ45 4-Position Network Switch Offers Cat5 Compliance with Remote Control via Telnet and GUI
The Model 7426 is an RJ45 4-position switch with Cat5 compliance along with Telnet and GUI Remote Control Operation.

CRANSTON, RI, January 20, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Model 7426 RJ45 Cat5 A/B/C/D Switch from Electro Standards Laboratories allows the sharing of a single RJ45 port interface device among four others. This sleek, rackmount switch can be controlled via (4) front panel pushbuttons or remotely through an Ethernet 10/100Base-T connection via either Telnet commands or Graphical User Interface.

This A/B/C/D Switcher is also certified for Cat5 compliance featuring switch ports transparent to all data with pins 1, 2, 3, and 6 of the RJ45 interface switched. The Model 7426 also features remote operation via Telnet command interface or GUI allowing the user to control switch position, lockout front panel and obtain switch status. The Model 7426 allows access to the user interface via standard web browser with easy to use, simple point and click operation with the ability to change the switch's IP address. LAN access also gives users across the LAN or over the Internet access to control if user network is configured accordingly.

The dimensions of the unit are 19.0" W x 1.75" H x 8.0" D with an approximate weight of 4.5 lbs. A CE and UL listed table mount Wide Range Power Supply option with 100 VAC/240 VAC, 50Hz/60Hz and IEC 60320 C14 inlet is available in place of standard power module to support international applications (Cat No 517277). The unit also maintains position on power loss and continues to pass data.
